OUR PEOPLE
Andy (aka OTTER) started his career as a fresh faced 16-year-old, spending 12 years in the Military!
Moving into the world of Recruitment by the recommendation of a friend, and spending time with a couple of agencies which ultimately led to the Founding and Directing of West Holt.
Creating a people first culture and awesome environment for his Team at West Holt is Andy’s passion!
When he isn’t curating the Office Beats, he is off rambling around Festivals and Gigs, Renovating Houses and supporting Wigan Athletic (For his sins).
Loui is the office’s mad scientist and technologist. He finished his chemistry degree in 2013 and quickly found the world of recruitment.
Taking a passion into gaining deep industry knowledge and reflecting that in a refined recruitment process that gives everyone confidence. Loui is passionate about sharing his experience in recruitment and growing the diverse Team at West Holt.
Outside of work he is a part-time climbing frame for his two daughters, and in the quiet moments enjoys keeping up to date with technology and current affairs.
