OUR PEOPLE
Andy started his career as a fresh faced 16-year-old, spending 12 years in the Military!
Moving into the world of Recruitment by the recommendation of a friend, and spending time with a couple of agencies which ultimately led to the Founding and Directing of West Holt.
Creating a people first culture and awesome environment for his Team at West Holt is Andy’s passion!
When he isn’t curating the Office Beats, he is off rambling around Festivals and Gigs, Renovating Houses and supporting Wigan Athletic (For his sins).
